All the staff showed a genuine concern for my health and well being and did everything they could, week after week, to help me get back to full fitness.
The team created a welcoming, supportive atmosphere. The sessions were relaxed, but with plenty of encouragement to help my recovery.

It was very good friendly staff good support they had a sense of humor. Extremely knowledgeable .
Give them more money as some of the equipment was not working the Gym looks tiedard and need a re-fit
